Loving God and Loving Neighbor in
the Mystical Tradition

Bernard McGinn

Bernard McGinn’s distinctive gift is the ability to clearly and persuasively present the teaching of the mystics of the Christian tradition.  His scholarly work grows out of deep, wide-ranging, engaged study of mystical texts.  His many translations, editions and commentaries of these works have been invaluable to scholars and interested readers for decades.  He helps many to understand and delight in what the mystics have to share with us.
