First Congregational Church has two great handbell choirs. The Daytime and the Nighttime Bells of Saint Vrain. The Bell Choirs usually perform during the fall, winter and spring once a month for worship at 9 and 11 a.m.
Requirements: Instrumental background and ability to read music and be comfortable with 3⁄4, 4/4, and 6/8 meter.
Rehearsals: Tuesdays from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. in the Music Room from September through May for the Daytime Bells and Tuesday nights 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. for the Nighttime Bells. (Daytime and Nighttime Bells Begin September 7, 2010 for the new season).
