OUTREACH
 The Outreach Council of First Congregational Church dedicates its focus to provide outreach to members of our church and those outside our church through active committees. The dedication, energy, times and leadership of each of the committees is worthy of being or likely to be notice especially as being uncommon of extraordinary.
