MUSIC AND ARTS DIRECTOR
Mandy Todd Moore

In addition to directing the chancel choir, Mandy also is the vocal music/drama instructor at Carson Middle School on Ft. Carson Military base. She received a B. A. Degree in Music Education from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas in 2005. While at Bethany, Mandy was a member of many music ensembles, including the Bethany College Choir and the Symphonic band.  She also directed the youth choir at Elim Lutheran Church in Markette, Kansas.
Mandy was born in Junction City, Kansas.  She came to Colorado after her marriage to Mark Moore, a Colorado Springs native, in July 2005. Mandy and Mark recently bought a house in the downtown area, which they share with their cat, Penelope, and dog, Delilah. In December 14, 2010 their son Andrew Todd Moore was born.

ORGANIST
Scott Christiansen

Scott holds degrees in Organ Performance and Church Music from the University of Colorado and Arizona State University. He has held church positions in several states and has also worked as a pipe organ
technician. Currently, he teaches high school Vocal Music in Widefield School District 3. Scott has help national office in the United Church of Christ Musicians Association and the American Guild of Organists. This is the third time that Scott has served as organist at the First Congregational Church going all the way back to 1982.
