Our Staff Team Mission Statement
The staff of First Congregational UCC are a team of capable, committed individuals with diverse gifts and skills which, on a daily basis, supports church and community members involved in the church’s mission by providing:
• hospitality, information and resources;
• a church-system perspective in support of volunteer-led ministries; and
• a view of the church in the context of its local community, the various settings of the United Church of Christ, and wider ecumenical initiatives.
In addition, pastoral staff attend to the spiritual health and development of church members.
