Marta Fioriti has been doing church education work for almost ten years.  She has a BA in Christian Education and seminary experience.  Her love for church work is rooted in her United Methodist upbringing.  Marta has worked in Unitarian Universalist churches in Religious Education and Youth Ministry.  She is originally from the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area but most recently moved from Davenport, Iowa in the summer of 2009. In Davenport, Marta worked at Edwards Congregational, UCC as Director of Youth Ministries.  Marta’s husband, Roger Butts has taken his second calling as a Unitarian Universalist minister at High Plains Church, UU in the northern part of Colorado Springs.  Marta and Roger have three children, Norah, Nicholas and Nina and one black lab Sophie!
