Ye Olde Madrigal Dinner

In the 16th century, England was a melting pot of music and styles from the continent of Europe. Music from Italy (Madrigals) and the German and Flemish areas of France and Northern Europe was imitated and given an English flair. For three evenings during the Christmas Season, our Founders Room is transformed into our Great Hall for a time of Feasting, Singing and Merriment! Members and friends of First Congregational UCC provide their representation of the joy and reverence of the Christmas Season as it might have been presented in 16th century England.
